Process-Driven Collaboration is an innovative module for SharePoint 2007 that greatly enhances team effectiveness and company results. Developed in response to customer complaints about traditional workflow, Process-Driven Collaboration was designed to support collaborative business teams. It enables the synergy of collaboration within distributed teams, ensures process consistency and compliance, reduces administrative burden for team members and leaders and gives management visibility to team results. Process-Driven Collaboration can be optionally integrated with Livelink or RDIMS (eDocs) to provide enhanced records and archive management.
Process-Driven Collaboration is an ideal solution for business processes that involve distributed business teams, require collaboration to achieve a common goal and must be extremely agile to accommodate unforeseen situations. Examples include: new product development, case management, RFP responses, preparation of tender documents and loan reviews.
