Formark at the Interdoc SharePoint Summit
Formark® Ltd. attended the Interdoc
SharePoint Summit 2008 which is the largest event in North America that
targets the technologies and business solutions around Microsoft SharePoint Server.
Ottawa ECM event hosted by Microsoft on February 26, 2008
Formark and Microsoft presented a session where we
demonstrated how public sector organizations can leverage the MOSS 2007 platform for ECM solutions. At
this ECM event attending organizations were able to understand the value of information architecture, document and records
management, web content management, collaboration and social networking, workflow, policies, and electronic forms.
In addition, we discussed how solutions based on the MOSS 2007 platform can be rapidly deployed to help lower
operational costs, help increase employee productivity, ensure information consistency, enable collaboration,
while transparently adhering to the information management policies.

Formark® Ltd. announced that it has been certified by Microsoft as an ISV/Software Solutions Partner.
The Formark certification was based on Formark's proven expertise in developing, marketing and supporting applications based on Microsoft technologies. Formark's Microsoft based applications include those that operate with MS Office, MS Project, SharePoint and more generally the .Net framework.

Washington Technology Magazine – ONR Case Study
Washington Technology, a magazine for federal IT managers, has published an article highlighting the
benefits realized by the US Office of Naval Research (ONR) after implementing Formark Outside to facilitate collaboration
with outside researchers.
Already using Livelink internally to manage documents associated with research projects, ONR wanted to have researchers directly involved in the business processes in order to cut administrative overhead, accelerate the launching of new projects and increase productivity. Since many external researchers have never seen Livelink before, the application had to seamlessly integrate with Livelink, be easy for outsiders to use, and secure enough to protect the information.
