Minimize Training Costs
The native Livelink interface is always presented so users do not need to learn multiple applications. AuthorLink enables easy movement between Livelink and user’s familiar Microsoft (and Novell GroupWise mail and Adobe Acrobat) applications.

AuthorLink supports many Microsoft versions: Windows NT through XP; Microsoft Office 97 through 2003.

AuthorLink Explorer
AuthorLink Explorer provides familiar Windows capabilities (such as navigation tree and Windows Explorer integration) when working with Livelink, but still exposes users to all of its advanced capabilities.

AuthorLink Explorer now supports Novell GroupWise mail (in addition to Microsoft Outlook), giving users the ability to store GroupWise email messages in Livelink and to attach Livelink documents to GroupWise emails

AuthorLink Lite makes it easier for users to store and retrieve Microsoft Office documents within Livelink.
