Support Site
The Formark Customer support site provides you. with access to the latest kits, documentation and discussion forums for each product and includes the following features:

• FAQ – answers to Frequently Asked Questions about Formark solutions
• License Keys – provides the license keys for your licensed Formark products
• My Personal Area – a private area where you can upload and store files and retrieve any information Formark’s support staff has placed there for you
• Personal Preferences – choose the information to be displayed when you login to the support site, and change your login password for this site (highly recommended to protect your License Keys)

Formark Uses Its Own Products
The new Formark Support Site is an example of a Formark Outside solution that provides a role-based user interface tailored for Formark customers.

All the information presented by this application comes out of Livelink. Like all Formark applications, the Support Site application does not modify Livelink – it runs outside of Livelink to provide Formark customers with a simple, tailored interface that presents only the needed information from within Livelink without any unnecessary distractions. This allows customers to focus on getting the support information they need, without having to know any of the details about how Formark chose to represent information inside Livelink.
